What to do if something isn’t right?

Speak Up

We want all FMS members to feel able to raise concerns and speak up about anything they think might help the organisation to develop.

If you’re worried about something you can discuss it with your team leader or coordinator. You can find the FMS policy on raising concerns and whistleblowing on the members area of the FMS website.

The Volunteer Wellbeing Service are also available to discuss any concerns you might have, or ideas you might have that could improve the physical and psychological wellbeing of our volunteers during events.

You are welcome to contact us via email (volunteerwellbeing@festival-medical.org) at any point to share any feedback or information. We can pass things along to the relevant people or groups on your behalf (anonymously, if needed).
